Privacy Information

Who handles your information

The controller is Emanuele Palumbo, ManuSwimCoach. For information or to exercise your rights, email info@manuswimcoach.com.

Information collected

The contact form collects your name, email and message. Training enquiries also collect age, swimming background, weekly availability, average distance per session and goals; your phone number is optional. Required fields help us understand and handle the enquiry. You can choose not to use the form and contact us directly by email.

Technical systems may record connection information and logs needed to operate and protect the website.

How it is used

Information is used to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible programme. For service enquiries, the legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request; for other messages and service security, it is the legitimate interest in handling communications and protecting the website. These forms do not automatically subscribe you to newsletters or advertising.

Retention and service providers

Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle the contact and any resulting relationship, taking applicable obligations and the protection of rights into account. Necessary hosting and email providers may process information to deliver the service. The contact mailbox uses Aruba. Information is not published on the website or sold for advertising.

Any transfer outside the European Economic Area requires the safeguards provided by applicable law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority. Email info@manuswimcoach.com with questions about your information.
